Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, it is considered lost in transit. In this situation, we will either:

• Reship your order at no additional cost, or

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives with damaged packaging or visibly compromised product, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the photos and arrange a replacement shipment or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage. Do not discard the original packaging — we may ask you to return it in some cases.

Incorrect Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong format, wrong quantity, wrong product entirely), contact us within 48 hours with photos of what you received and your order confirmation. We will arrange correct replacement stock at no cost to you.

Products We Cannot Accept Back

Reshipment Policy
